A Faujdarhat Cadet College alumnus, he was commissioned in 1971 in the Corps of Artillery and served 24 years in the Army, including as an instructor at the Bangladesh Military Academy and as Chief Security Officer to the Chief of Army Staff. He retired voluntarily in 1995, joined ISSL as a Director and now leads the company as Managing Director.

Commissioned in 1970 in the Corps of Infantry, he holds a B.Pharm (Honours) from the University of Dhaka and attended the National Defence University in Beijing. His career included instructing at the Military Academy, serving in the Military Operations Directorate, and UN assignments in Cambodia and post-Gulf War Kuwait. He retired after 25 years of service.

Educated at Faujdarhat Cadet College and commissioned in 1971, he commanded an infantry battalion and the President's Guard Regiment, and served as Directing Staff at the Defence Services Command and Staff College. He retired in 1992, is a founder Director of ISSL and remains an active Director.

A Director since July 2020, she spent 27 years as an Assistant Director in the Ministry of Social Welfare, overseeing rehabilitation centres and hospital services, serving as a registration officer and lecturing at the Social Welfare Academy. She holds Master's and Bachelor's (Honours) degrees in Political Science from the University of Rajshahi.
