Life insurance
Through Delta Life Insurance: Tk 50,000 to the nominee on normal death and Tk 100,000 on accidental death.
Workmen's compensation
Cover for partial or permanent disability and loss of limbs on duty.
Provident fund
Employees deposit Tk 100 a month and the company adds its own contribution.
Medical care
Free consultation with the company doctor; treatment for on-duty injuries paid by the company.
Welfare fund
Help with on-duty treatment and homes damaged by natural disasters.
Education support
Scholarships for children who pass SSC/HSC and one-time help with college or university admission.
